The Hanna Gender Center was established to provide excellent surgical care exclusively for the transgender and non-binary community. We know that this community has been historically underserved – especially in the Dallas, Texas area. Our gender-affirming clinic is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to ensure easy access for Texas natives, as well as patients across the United States.
Our transgender and non-binary clinic is led by Dr. Hanna who has years of practical experience, specifically in gender-affirming surgery. After earning a doctorate from the University of New England, which is well-known for its comprehensive medical curriculum covering LGBTQ needs, he completed his fellowship with an internationally renowned urogenital surgeon. After his fellowship and residency, Dr. Hanna became a member of the American Urological Association and the World Professional Association of Transgender Health. In addition, Dr. Hanna has achieved certification from The American Board of Urology for his commitment to high standards of care.
In addition to running a gender-affirming clinic, Dr. Hanna also serves as the Medical Advisor for the Transgender Military Advocacy Organization SPARTA.
