For this laser treatment, we may use both ablative or non-ablative lasers to get rid of a number of superficial skin concerns, like warts, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, rosacea, and spider veins. Ablative lasers will remove a layer of skin for resurfacing, while non-ablative lasers penetrate the skin to deliver radiofrequency waves or cosmeceutical creams to enhance your skin’s look and feel.

Resurfacing treatments will be a little different for everyone, depending on the area of treatment and your personal goals. However, you can expect to arrive about an hour early to your appointment so our technicians can cleanse your skin and apply any needed topical creams, like anesthetic.

Depending on which device we use, you can expect a warm, tingling sensation that will leave your treatment area flushed for the rest of the day or a slightly more intense level of discomfort that resolves within 24 hours.

Your service time will depend on your treatment area, but you can expect to spend 20-40 minutes in session.
